KARIN
Karin has been in the hair industry for 30 years, where she’s found her niche in modern short cuts and bold fashion colours. When she’s not wowing her female clients with a fresh new look, she also enjoys doing gents’ cuts.
LIESL
With 30+ years in the industry, Liesl has perfected the art of Balayage and creative cutting. She has the wonderful ability to make her clients’ vision come to life – a skill that has earned her many loyal clients over the years.
HEIDI
Heidi is blessed to have worked in the hair industry since 2000. She has a passion for doing Balayage and other creative techniques, and for her the best feeling is when clients turn around in the chair saying, “I’m so happy.”
ELZANÉ
Elzané has been living out her passion for hair since 2014. She’s a creative soul who enjoys colour services and loves nothing more than watching her clients leave the salon feeling beautiful and confident.
DONNA
Donna grew up in the hairdressing industry, where she discovered her passion for all things flamboyant. She loves creative challenges and making clients feel fabulous – all while rocking a bold lip, of course.
DORA
Dora’s warm smile has welcomed clients at Plaits for over 29 years. She loves chatting to clients, doing treatments and head massages, and her speciality is making sure you leave the basin area feeling pampered and relaxed.
NADIA
Nadia has also worked at Plaits for over 20 years. She really enjoys chatting and laughing with clients, and if you see her walking around with a twinkle in her eye, she’s probably played another prank on the staff.

Claire has been the proud owner and the heart of Plaits Hair Design since 2002. She’s a huge animal lover, and passionate about the industry and everything hair and beauty.
Whether it’s a glass of bubbly, a hot chocolate or a freshly baked croissant from the bakery next door, Claire makes sure that every single person that enters her salon gets pampered and treated like part of the Plaits family.
